Terms & Conditions
Product purchased in good working condition cannot be returned or exchanged after three (3) days, except where required by applicable law or warranty terms.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted for confirmed factory/manufacturing defects that were not caused by the customer.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water/liquid, power surges, unauthorized repairs, or improper handling is not covered. A valid receipt or proof of purchase may be required for any return, exchange, repair, or warranty claim. Products covered by a manufacturer or Five Star Electronics warranty are subject to the specific warranty terms. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and should inspect goods upon delivery.
Nothing in these terms removes any rights provided to customers under applicable Liberian law
Delivery fees, where applicable, will be communicated to the customer before delivery. Additional charges may apply where the customer requests a change of delivery location or other services after the delivery has been arranged.

Refunds may be considered for products with a confirmed factory/manufacturing defect that was not caused by the customer.

Refund requests must be made within the applicable return/warranty period and may require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
